In accordance with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA, 40 CFR Part 763 of Title II of the Toxic Substances Control Act), this posting on the website for the Town of Hull constitutes notification to all staff, parents, students and/or any other interested/affected party who attend or visit the Hull Public Schools that a Management Plan has been developed and is available for review at the Central Administration Office, 18 Harborview Road, Hull, MA.
 
Please note that all three Hull Public Schools have been renovated and/or constructed within the past decade and we have on file assurances from the responsible architect that to the best of his knowledge and belief no asbestos containing materials were used in the construction/renovation of the L.M. Jacobs, Memorial Middle and Hull High Schools and all existing asbestos containing materials were removed and properly disposed of at all three above-mentioned schools.
